Kapton Tape Heat Resistant Polyimide Film Adhesive Tape
The Kapton Tape has an excellent high heat resistance and is resistant to solvents. The tape product is not corrosive or ozone-depleting meaning that it is both flame and chemical resistant.
Used within electronics production, the tape is highly efficient in masking components on PCBs during the soldering or baking processes.
Features:
1. High insulation, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali-resistance, low electrolysis, mechanically sound, crocking
resistance, tear-resistance.
2. Heat Tape Color: mainly tawny.
3. High temp tape with silicone adhesive is easy to release and leaves no residue.
Application:
Polyimide tape extensive use for insulated circuit boards, masking circuit boards,electrical insulation and splicing wires, motor insulation, and protected lithium battery. It also used for automotive sensors and manifolds, fiber optic cables, high temperature powder coatings and semiconductor manufacturing.
