ESO-TL80 Removable SMT Trolley ESD SMT Splice Cart
A trolley for the placement of splicing tool,clips and tapes and equipped with rotatable wheels,it can be moved freely on different SMT production lines.
Features:
1. ESD design to eliminate the static damage in the production lines.
2. Wheel rotatable can be movable around production floor in all direction.
3. Splicing plate: Height can be adjusted 900mm~1030mm.
4. Material tray:Conveient for picking&placing of carrier tape,clips,cutter/plier.
5. Special designed tool base and copper scrap collection box: splice plier can be rotated freely.
6. Junk box:simple and light with anti-static material,good for waste collection.
Application:
The main function of SMT Splicing Trolley is to improve the efficiency of SMT tape splicing operations.
Increase working efficiency by 35%, save material by 40%, precisely cut in the center of two components, make full use of surplus material, reduce downtime times and prolong machine service life
