TL00 SMT Splice Plier with Adjustable C Bracket For SMT Reel Tape
TL00 is a SMT splicing tool. It is safety and do not hurt hands tool.
Features And Benefits:
1. 5mm placement pin guides for alignment Clamps to secure carrier tapes
2. Ratchet style crimping tool Ergonomically designed
3.Easily installing the splice clip.
4.Designed with Buckle "C" , Buffer the operation force to reduce the wear of tool and longer its uselife.
Application:
Crimp the tool handle to open the front panel jaws. Place a splice clip (teeth up) on the placement pins. Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins, and secure with the clamps.Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes.Add a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.

Used for jointing carrier tapes in the SMT process and Solving the connection

Please use it normatively, can not be used for cutting metal objects, can not be played with sharpened scissors mouth avoid hurt.
