TL10 Plastic Handle Metal SMT Splice Plier
TL10 is a SMT splicing tool. It is safety and do not hurt hands tool.
Features:
1. Smt splice tool Designed specifically for SMD carrier tapes from 8mm to 88mm.
2. Ensure that SMD component tapes can be joinedsecurely and quickly.
3. Ideal for crimping materials with shims in SMT line.
4. Better handling and accuracy.
5. Used with single splice clip.
Application:
Crimp the tool handle to open the front panel jaws. Place a splice clip (teeth up) on the placement pins. Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins, and secure with the clamps.Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes.Add a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.

Application: Used for jointing carrier tapes in the SMT process and Solving the connection
